NEW DAY CARE FACILITY Overland Park, KS This is a new facility for Kiddi Kollege, a local children’s day care provider. They have multiple Johnson County locations. We were the architectural design firm for the project, and planned a “build to suit” building for their newest location. We moved the project smoothly through the Overland Park planning process and on into construction. The design has an upscale look, to blend with the neighboring buildings and businesses. The building has a wood framed structural skeleton, to help keep costs low. Durable interior finishes and a fire sprinkler system we incorporated into the interior of the building. Exterior finish included brick, stone, stucco and a tile roof. Playground areas and adequate parking are also part of the completed project.
